I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

THANK YOU to all that put up some great ideas for our MAY CONTEST.  Each one is interesting and I'm sure it will be tough to make your picks...

Based on the number of ideas put up in the voting thread,  you have Four (4) Votes to pick your Favorite Themes from those listed above. 

All of the theme ideas put up by those who participated are great.  It's just a matter of picking the ones that appeals to you the most....
