'Tis the month of Eleasis ~ Highsun ~ and the ~ Eyes are the windows to the Soul ~ August 2019 Contest.

There was a portrait contest in April similar to this that the majority of our members picked.....

So we are going to add a little twist to the theme for this month:

The eyes ARE indeed the windows of the Soul.......

but what if your subject's Soul is a bit out of the ordinary? Let's say for example: Human on the outside but not on the INSIDE!

Then what are they really? Alien, Aquatic, an Animal Spirt, or a creature you made up?

The focus point will be the eyes don't make sense with the face/body....

Standrd rules apply. Three entries only, must be original and not posted in any other contest.

This will run till midnight Aug. 31st.

Couple of helpful hints:

You should be able to manipulate the size of the Pupil and Iris for most humanoids and creatures on the Head morphs under the first section of the Eyes morphs with + Eyes

For example: Cat's can have huge round pupils, slit pupils or small diameter pupils. Rats often have large irises and small pupils.

Get ideas by looking at the eyes of animals, fish, rodents and reptiles in your search engine's Images - i.e. search for "Cat Eyes images", "Lizard Eyes images" 

You may also use novelty eye sets if you own them.

Well sort of had something else planned -chuckles-  but this does work with mostly what I do.  Now have to think of a new twist.

O.o Cyborg? Robot? 8ball? Replace the eyes with something else?

Actually I saw something I had liked and was going to recreate it using eyes instead...

Those who have been around for ages, look in your texture packs-especially from Daz (former RDNA packs) and you might be surprised what you can find.  Additional manipulation might be necessary, and definitely some updating of the textures, if you are using Poser...but there are some interesting non-human human eyes to be found...Good Luck everyone!
