Yeah, both a flat shoe and the calk one.  Hey, TOEPICK!   Remember that movie?  About a former hockey player teaming with a formal ice dancer?  He becomes the hero who gets the girl.  She teased him mercilessly about being a crude skater.  He could slide stop or check himself on the wall.  She could stop in mid rink, courtesy the Toepick.  ;)

I like those shoes Aelin!   Oh, I have been looking for the original horseshoes installer, and it isn't in any of the DAZ freebie bundles, or in that weekly freebie with 108 different items in it.  I'll find it though!

Found it!  File name is ps_fr157b_HorseShoes.exe, was discontinued when DAZ went to zips I guess.

Thank you Aelin, both for the pic and for your wishes! My wife is touched but refuses to reveal her tomorrow's age (24, of course, given or taken half a century :tearlaugh: )

OK McG, both flat and calk will they be. At the moment I'm sweating and swearing on the groove for the nailheads - it's costing me about 50 more vertices/shoe, but realism matters!
And they'll come in .cr2, promised :winks:

Alas, apparently I missed Toepick - not that bad indeed, since as a skater I'm a little nimbler than a drunk camel  :(ROFLMAO:

Can be it one of the missing freebies since the Daz site has changed? I remember they had a free zone, at time where I hadn't yet the idea to take on my external everything which what inside

Good night!
I downloaded the freebie to which McG referred in April of 2004, so I'd guess it was one of those weekly offerings that they did back then.

Deerpath also had a horseshoe freebie from RuntimeDNA back in 2006.

Have a good night, Aelin.

Indeed try to give away a woman's age is like committing suicide ... not a very wise decision ... or so I have been told.

Oops, my bad!  The name of the movie is "The Cutting Edge", the first one, with               Moira Kelly and D.B. Sweeny.  It was lots of fun, plenty of heart and sight gags.   Moira's character was a total snob on the surface, but totally disillusioned with life doing something she never wanted.

As a skater, I was a drunk Texas teenager (18!) on the ice, deep winter at Rockefeller Plaza with a Cardinal Spellman's friend for a date.  She was a great buddy!  As stated I was drunk.  Got my skates on, stood up 3 times, fell down 3 times, crawled off the ice, and never really tried that again!  LOL! But she had a fun time showing me how easy it could LOOK!   Ha!   I just do not have the balance for skating, either roller or ice.
But I tried it, really I DID!   :tearlaugh:

I'm afraid you're both right, although she wasn't really mad at me because she looks like a teenager with a few wrinkles.
But there's no limit to the feminine greed and therefore I had to make amends all the same: romantic breakfast on the balcony among flowers and chirping birds, small bouquet of orchids, hot apple pie, watch the sun rise hand in hand, and the devil knows whatever else will be awaiting me today 'round the corner...  :tearlaugh:

I was just saying good night to Chiron, but thanks

2004? :panic: Well I came in the 3D world only in 2012, so sure I missed it.
On RDNA it was a temporary freebie? Otherwise either I have it somewhere, or I missed an area on the site. But well, we'll have this year horsehoes by Chiron and McG  :keepauhandsoffa: :heeheehee:
