Gotta chuckle Jherr, try purchasing a black powder replica kit. like..... say.... a .78 calibre Tower pistol. Fun enow, but then it's the flint and powder. 8 )
Walther's a good choice. Good luck.
Cheers

Hey folks, thanks to everyone for the help naming my new pc!   BadMoonRYZEN loves ya!
J, just reloaded the Onsen Fairy 01 scene for the first time since you and I were testing out various sets and plants, like the DinoRaul trees that bogged down my rig.  There are three DR trees in this, and several 1971s items, plus the V4 and Thorne's Seasons outfit, the Onsen and a few Thorne Psyche props like the lilly pads and flowers.  Lots of stuff. At 11:34 pm I clicked Render In Background in PP 11.3   I think it took several hours to do on the old rig.  And it ran hot the entire time.
When it is done, I will post the 5000 x 3000 render if its file size is small enough.   And, good bad or ugly this one is YOURS Denizens of Fantasy Attic.   So Sayeth McG.!

BadMoonRYZEN is clocking 3.943 gHz, used memory is 16,268 MB (out of 32 MB).  CPU Temp is 128°FGPU (8800GTX) is running at moderate middling load, temp is 167°F.   I wanted to keep most of the workload on the CPU as the old 8800GTX just cannot do the things the renderer is sending out these days.  Pity, he's a FINE old Warhorse!   But, somewhere down the road named "Soon" BadMoonRYZEN will be getting a new video card.   MOST of the power used from the 750W PSU is going to the GPU.   The CPU is a 95W unit.  GPU is a 195W unit.
Over halfway through the render now, just 23 minutes in.

Wow, render completed at 12:05am, 31minutes for this render!  It had 5 lights, 2 are point lights, 3 are Infinite.   Only work done post render is convert PNG (20 megs) to JPG (under 3 megs).  There was no texture filtering done, didn't install that python yet.  OR any of them!   Need DSON installed.
Well, I do hope you who offered names and voted enjoy this render!

A fine high resolution image as the first rendered by BadMoonRYZEN! As a collector of Fairy images, I have added this one to my collection. It's High Resolution shows detail that would not be easy to see at lower resolutions, and this one has a lot of great detail!
Tell BadMoonRYZEN I'm very impressed!WooHoo!
DAZ Studio, Bryce, Poser, Wings 3D, Howler, Blender, PSP, Hexagon, MSO PowerPoint & Word, just a few of the programs I use.

Hey  I am right impressed too guys!   It boots up different than the old systems.   When you enter BIOS, it has a GUI, mouse, sounds.  Gee.  I have yet to explore it in depth but everything WORKS so I ain't gonna try to fix what ain't broke.   Hah! :woohoo:

Thanks for the help with this ALL of you!   I dunno who picked which part of the name but put together is really COOL!   :)
BadMoonRYZEN!And I am glad y'all liked the render.    It took longer to help Poser find all the missing files than it did to render it.   I've been moving the Runtimes to a different SSD.  But man, those trees and that hair used to bog old George down fierce.  J remembers those things!
