For the moment, i start the plugin. But i'm lost  :tearlaugh: even with readme.

Indeed, the readme shows screen captures that are differents for the box. I have "diffuse" and "diffuse strenght" [picture 1], but no "diffuse color" [picture 2]

Maybe try force quit (control>alt>esc) and stop it that way

If you do have it running then instead of the red X go to file menu and choose exit from there. I red somewhere that this will surely close a program, especially those that claim to stay open.

Worse case, restart computer.

Maybe it doesn't work on the version you have, it was offered 7 years ago and we all know how daz likes to "fix" stuff that is not broken...LOL

Make sure it is in the correct places (like the sip folders) cause it is picky as to where it goes:

Note: [DAZ|Studio folder] is the location of your DAZ|Studio installation (usually C:/Program
Files/DAZ/Studio/ on Windows and .../Applications/Daz Studio/ on Macs).

To Install Eilir:
1. Unzip the Eilir zip to a convenient folder.
2. Move the contents of the Studio folder into your [DAZ|Studio folder]. Eilir is very particular about the location of its files, and so it is important to make sure the directory structure is maintained.

To Launch Eilir:
Preferred Method:
1. Open the Eilir folder under your [DAZ|Studio folder].
2. Double click on the “Eilir.jar”. This will launch Eilir and DAZ|Studio.
Alternative Method:
1. Open DAZ|Studio.
2. Insert one or more figures/props into the scene.
3. Select one or more of the inserted figures/props.
4. Select one or more of the materials associated with the selected objects.
5. Double click the “Launch Eilir” script found in your Studio content folder under

I could stop it without problem. Just it refuses to start.
I followed instructions to reinstall, no result. It's like if it want not work with Daz now.

I tried also, but in W8, the pc ask me which what i want open.

And with other possibility

it's here than Daz gives me the window on the screen capture above.

I could use my other scripts and utilities without problems.

********
And i can't try in DS4, because the content folder isn't the same than DS3.

Yes, i know J.
I'm not sure the problem is by Daz this time. Same organization than with previous computer.
I don't know, perhaps not good with W8 (i had Vista and no problem).

If i would do pz2 format for materials, it's to have a pack for Daz users and Poser users (my mc6 are ready thanks to explanations of PDG, but can't be use in Daz).
No matter i try in DS4, because i'm not alone i think to have always DS3. And i want leave the possibility to these people to use packs too.
I tried to save in daz 3 format, but impossible to use after

A never endless circle...

Perhaps in DS4, but i use always DS3. It's better than DS4 i find, because DS4 has always bugs. Even, in don't find a pz2 in DS4, and duf
