Stan Lee's Mosaic
« on: January 07, 2019, 07:06:26 AM »
Mosaic is an animated superhero film about a new character created by Stan Lee. It features the voice of Anna Paquin as Maggie Nelson with supporting roles done by Kirby Morrow, Cam Clarke, Garry Chalk, Ron Halder, and Nicole Oliver. It was released under the Stan Lee Presents banner, which is a series of direct-to-DVD animated films distributed by POW Entertainment with Anchor Bay Entertainment. The story was by Stan Lee, with the script by former X-Men writer Scott Lobdell.

The movie is a superhero mystery suspense thriller with a girl looking for answers, an ancient race and magical power sought by good and evil. It's classic Stan Lee and reminds me of the cartoons during the 80's, though much better quality. I thought the plot played itself out very well. The dialogue was interesting, the voice actors did a great job. Scenery was quite varied and definitely left you thinking you were in different places around the world. The music suited the movie and it's scenes and the action was well done. I would definitely recommend this movie.
Try as I might I could not find a proper trailer for this, so have to do with this one...lol
