Few things on ZBrush here.

It's a 3D modeler, texturer and painter, allowing people to use at the end models in other programs like Poser, Daz Studio...
It's a program by Pixologic (http://pixologic.com/zbrush/features/overview/)

A community ZBrush is by here (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/) with some tutorials. And for example this topic: 73 free Zmodeler tutorials (http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?193939-73-FREE-ZModeler-Tutorials)

But another free tutorial was just made by 3D Artist: ZBrush character sculpting tutorial (http://www.3dartistonline.com/news/2016/12/zbrush-character-sculpting-tutorial/) ; it's better to know a bit the usage of program.
