2021 Coffee Shop and Gardens

so now I just realized I checked glucose at 5:33am, took my insulin, then got to ordering stuff.  Meds, then over to Walmart to get groceries, picked the 10am-11am pickup time slot, played a while on Serious Sam 4, then at 5 to 10 got a text from Walmart my order is ready to pickup.  AWRIGHT!  Headed out the door...did anyone notice I'd not mentioned eating anything?  Forgot to do that part.  Get back, get everything in to the kitchen, get all stowed away, noted I was short 4 cups  of Nissin instant soup, check receipt, nope they only had 2 of this flavor.  ok, so all is sorted.  OH!  check glucose again,  uh oh, forgot FOOD while ago, shaking like a dog [CENSORED] peach pits!  90.  Hey that ain't bad!  But it is dropping is why I get those shakes.  Took adjusted dose insulin, prepared a quick lunch.  Really a brunch!  Heh!   

Can ya believe they showed ME a piccy of their prize CHEESECAKE ?!?@#?#$?!   ME!   Put two of em right in the cart!   Ha!  No? That ain't gonna teach em a thing huh?   Oh well, a slice of the first one is sure tasting great right now.   Turned out one of those "cakes" was just two thin slices.  SO that was desert.   

  Just now.        Yes TL they are SMALL slices too, only a 9" cake cut to 8 slices.   Got a freezer full of veggies again too.    Grocery shopping with me fingers doing all the walking on a 32" monitor sure is enjoyable right now too!  LOL!

I love cheesecake; especially Strawberry Cheesecake, and Cherry Cheesecake!

Yes TL they are SMALL slices too, only a 9" cake cut to 8 slices.   Got a freezer full of veggies again too.    Grocery shopping with me fingers doing all the walking on a 32" monitor sure is enjoyable right now too!  LOL!

Behaving is hard to do.....This I know...but glad you are trying to behave LOLOL.....and glad you are having a good time letting your fingers (or the mouse) do the walking through the food aisles.  Less temptation

OoohhhHHH YES!   Strawberry *WITH* whole fresh  Strawberries on Strawberry sauce on the CHEESECAKE with honey graham cracker crust and a hot COFFEE and fresh Coca-Cola beside!

mayhap once in a while it is OK to blow your diet  but  don't  do it  to often as that can have an impact on your  feet healing

Good MORNING Aelin!     And what a day, so far!  :D
You are SO right, Fafnir.   So I have some cheesecake only like 2 or 3 times a year, and not whole ones either.  That is the rarest of rare.   And I still keep close check on the glucometer!    I get like a 253 next check after that cheesecake, but next one is under 150, like its supposed to be.  Got to give the body time to get rid of the extra sugar.   That is like immediately for most people, but most of a day for me.    Took 5 days to disappear that poor little cheesecake.   Took 1 day to get sugar back to normal.  That ain't bad, really!   
Now, for a fresh cuppa COFFEE!  :o) 

OH, yeah,  Serious Sam 4.   I thought each of the first three was "huge", and even "Epic".   Then here comes Sam Stone and the gang for a very different take on the term ARMAGEDDON.   Yes, THAT one!   So CROTEAM figured out how to have armies millions of men strong on the battlefield.  That is boggling.    Now me, being a real impatient sort as concerns GAMES, I played through the first 5 chapters without cheating.  But that was better than Serious Sam 3: BFE, cause during the first chapter I hit the cheats and have stayed in dev cheat mode for 4 solid years with that one.   I figure to play all the way through on at least "Normal" difficulty with cheats OFF.   So why bother?   Look, I get like TWO hours UPTIME with 2 to 4 hours PRONE time,  as many times a day as that allows.  Somewhere in there I fall asleep too.    So, I want to pack as much fun time into my 2 hrs GAMING I can before I got to get prone for a while.   
See Fafnir knows what he's talking about.   Low glucose means lowered swelling, and that means less to no ulcers!   And that is the goal.   Makes Life more enjoyable!
