Tis some very dry British humor, with a tongue firmly bitten in cheek ... ... and had to read it more then once to fully appreciate the humor. Own the DVD as well, found that to be quite faithful to the book and (for me) quite enjoyable.

Never a fan of squid myself but they are easy to catch. No bait needed. Reall interesting to look at from a boat. A lot like a school of barracuda I used to see in Florida.

Yeah wasnt a fan of that either.  Honestly only thing I am not found of his raw oysters and mullusks. Oh and squid always rubbery to me.

Well, we can eat raw oysters, however it is certainly not something I go out of my way to have, did try some in New Orleans while there on business that were quite good. Although they were grilled they still were quite good.

They were called Chargrilled Oysters and were recommended by the locals.

Yup on the time change Aelin.  Hate it...not so much the time change....but getting all the clocks to read the same time

Had a very busy day yesterday....and plan on having a not so busy day anywhere else but here.  Having a busy day in here is FUN.

Now to grab a cup of Fafnirs great coffee and get things started in here..... Ahhhhhhh

Then you would love getting the clocks in my place set up for the time change, remember there is over 20+ of them and of the 20, half of them, strike on the hour and the half hour. And the grandfather clock strike every 15 minutes.

I have a wind up alarm that hasn't been set in years. Everything else around here does it by itself. Don't relish setting more than 20 twice a year.

Let me see, nine are monthly key wound, one key wound once a year, three are weight driven, seven are those battery ran abominations

Nope....I don't have that many but enough of them to irritate me LOL.  I only have one that chimes....on the hour....thankfully. 

I wait till the time on my cell phone changes and then set all the other clocks based on that....works very well....well somewhat well....hummm....maybe only as well as I am fast...which I'm not of late
