The Belle Epoch dress

Yesterday, looking for another "Belle" dress, I found in the same time textures for the Belle Epoch dress. So it's time to talk about it also.

The Belle Epoch was created by Jan19 (aka Jan, jan019) several years ago. It's a cr2 clothe, in "limited use with credits" (check in the readme)
