I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Well just back on my feet today been in hospital for a while. My right shoulder is in 3 pieces but got screws and plates in, happy to be out. It's a bit of a struggle to type at the moment or even use the phone. I've got another week antiseizure drugs so the brain isn't working too good, But still kicking and that's all that counts. Will write when I can.
