did a search  couldnt  find that KB3132372 nowhere  unloaded  flash player and  reinstalled  after  running  cc clean and  restarting  puter  so  we  see  what  happens now

Ok my friend...after much reading and trying to reproduce the error I have come to a couple of options:

First - go to your C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\Poser\10\ and delete the "preferredState" file. Then try to load Poser!

If it indeed is a python error causing the problem then it means something has been changed or removed after you set the preferred state.

My other concern is the fact that you said there are only 32 bit files for Poser even though you are running it on a 64 bit system. This would mean that your installation may have only been a partial install.

You may have to reinstall and make sure "ALL" the files are installed!

have  2 preferred state  files  one  is  poser scene  the  other is  poser content  when running  search   for    C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\Poser\10
delete  them  both  i would  think

Delete both of them...not like it's gonna harm anything. Can't get worse than Poser not loading!

this thing  is  something  else   loaded once    changed a  library  pref  i thought  and   still  wont   work  so will re do  operation  and  try  again  see if  that  works  if  nor  well................
