A recent Win 10 update turned on Skype. I'd check your comp.

I do not use Skype as this is the render engine "Stormbringer" and I could care less about all of the media rubbish, as this was not why I built the system.

I built it for rendering and rendering only

959 would be the version that does that. Puts Skype in the Startup but doesn't turn it on. Does turn on the annoying Focus Ass on and may reconnect Cortana if you have it turned off like I do. Not noticed any Poser issues but it did wipe out my video card time out. I keep it at at least 60 seconds so long timeouts on my old GTX card don't bring up BSODs

The only thing I got was skype, cortana sits in a lead box with altered IDs.
First 2 updates turned it on, I made that stop. otherwise, mainly security updates, which is why I was angered with it opening a gaping hole in security. (Skype)

Sounds good then, since once updates are complete it is disconnected from the internet, which hopefully makes life difficult for those abominations that thrive on a connection.

When I bought and installed Win 10 Pro 64bits, and got its naming accomplished, this is my PC. Win 10 version 2004 is as installed new.
