As a Comic Book Collector I have yet to watch hardly ANY of the Marvel/DC Universe movies.  I read the review, see the characters, see the plots....and they ruin the characters I grew up with....But someday.....who knows....I might buy some of the Collections they have out now.  They have all the Spider Man movies in one set...which I would buy....  Batman....maybe....Iron Man .... Maybe.....  Aquaman seems to be well accepted by the Comic Book community so that's a good possibility.

Anyway.....we'll see as time goes by and by how bored I get with Streaming TV LOLOL

On to this weeks topic, yep another frelling field trip.

The New Orleans trip starts on Thursday and ends on Saturday.

And to make it ever so crazy is the fact it is nothing more then a site walk.

It starts on Friday morning so we have to get there the day before so we can be around the following morning and since we have no idea how long it is going to take we can't really plan on leaving till the following day.

So looks like I will be out this upcoming Saturday.

The annoying part is that I have three days here in Orlando, hopefully I can get out of the rubbish going on in Bunnell after Monday. Why, because some nitwit says I have a conference call I have to be in on, as to Wednesday ... who knows.

All I know for certain though is ye ole fair haired genius boy is now out for the next six weeks due to the new baby, which means my work load just gained weight as I am now the point of contact for the projects he is working on.

:thud: :sigh:

Well, we are not going to love what he is going to do to my paycheck. I am the one that had to put up with the agony of the long days and the continuous ones in a row.

:sigh:

New wrinkle, was over at the Prime site yesterday for Flagler and lo and behold what is this I see but, three multicouplers. :ummm: that is awkward as there is only one point listed on the drawing so what do I do with the other two?

Tried calling the boss and got no reply until I was driving in for class.

"Oh I was in a meeting" .... Really, since 11:00 AM and it is now 3:00 PM

And to make it interesting I also found out that the documentation I was given for the punch down has a conflict ... yep two different pages for the punch and .... wait for it ... they don't freaking match.

:thud:

After I have already completed three sites I catch this:sigh:

I went be the drawing not the spreadsheet, however we did get lucky and the drawing is the correct version. So that made me feel better, until the engineer had the balls to aask whether or not I was pulling wire and punching it down on all points mot just the ones that had been pulled.

:rat-atat:

My toes hurt

 :yesway:

Had even more fun today in addition to trying to get the alarm points punched down (with a green helper) I had to attend two conference calls.

Man oh man it looks like my work load is going to get crazy with the Disney Cruise Line project. Not only do I have the site walk this week for Wonder. I also have the off loaded inventory from Dream arriving in port this Friday, which means it will probably not get to my shop till the end of next week.

Guess who gets the privilege of doing inventory and shipping to the various departments ... :ummm:

Yeah that person

 :iminnocent:

And there are so many new updates to the inventory for the Fantasy boat that I will be kept busy for several days ... to be polite.

Also are getting low level issues already being reported. :sigh: Never happy.

Then again we did ask for all of the inventory details upfront for the departments on the boat and they didn't care at first ... apparently now they do.

I think all of that is a good thing my friend.   When they start going to you it means they trust and have confidence in you.

I'd much rather have it that way then be thrown "Scrap" jobs that are dull and humdrum......

That is how I am taking this, the frustrating part is the ye ole leprechaun of a boss, yes Irish he is, thinking that I can do both the public safety and the commercial projects at the same time. If there is separation of the time lines yes, if not :rat-atat:

 :noway:

And no the world can barely handle one of me so do not even try to clone me :tearlaugh:
