Man, I think a little bit of name dropping is totally in order.    Like, "Hey boss, thought you'd want to know that Picaune Public Safety is taking over your customer base!"
"WHAT!  How do you know THAT!"
"I started that company yesterday!"
Hears happy whistling as J ambles off...out the door... leaving AHole company in the lurch...

Oh I can still take the time off, but you can bet there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth on their part. Or you can't now, we need to get this finished before the end of the month.

So I am just not sure when, although id-jit says well, we will just have to work around it. Going to have to and at the same time get those other installers to step up and start to pay attention and do more then the bare minimum.

Case in point they both leave at 4:00 regardless, they skip lunch so that means yes you could leave then or get paid overtime. However when, 4:00 rolls around they are out of there so fast you think a gale force 5 just blew through the place. The one just picked up and was on his way out, even though the vehicle he was working on was hanging half out the bay, couldn't be bothered to move stuff out of the way so he could pull it all the way in before leaving. I even said as much ... he still drove off leaving the other guy to do it, which since he came in late made it his problem. But still that is lame in my opinion. Guess they are only here for a paycheck.

So they certainly will have to work around it, mainly because he never learns, since this is scenario is still going on year after year.
Anyone else, with the exception of the senior office lady (who is in the same shoes as I am) can take time off whenever they want and no one seems to care.
But if the senior OL or I take time off it as if the apocalypse is starting.

Seems they have the typical M.A.P. - or Managers Attitude Problem.    I wonder if a lug wrench would adjust it?   Heh!   :coffeemaker:

Well, it didn't get any better still working by myself, granted I am in two minds about any help as there is really ony so much room in the shelter and we would be in each others way "maybe"

Although in my opinion there is still plenty of things to do that would keep us out from underfoot.

However apparently the other folks are to busy painting antennas for another project, not saying the other project is unimportant but man seriously ... we are getting to a point on the work I am doing in the shelter where a second hand running lines to the window.

Plus, we do have two GPS antennas that have to be installed on the building with lines ran inside and connected. Would be nice to have a second body, but nooooo apparently the two slackers are headed back to Flagler county again.

I did stir the pot though and put in a request for PTO ... and of course got no response .... :tearlaugh:

Looking forward to it no doubt considering the rubbish that was spouted this afternoon.

The project I am working has to be completed by months end. The two new sites for Reedy Creek also have to be done by months end. First week of July the hospital ER department has to be complete and ready to open for business.

Oh by the way none of the equipment for the hospital has managed to show up, plus the roof conveyances are completely wrong and have to be reworked. So this is going to be completed .... how :ummm:

Oh there is also to be a site walk to move radio equipment for a different hospital chain at some point also ...

Someone needs to strap on some tools as this is not going to get done if I am doing all the work myself. Just saying
