Noshoba, tell me about the skins you're building.  I keep starting on converting my characters' skins to the more realistic models and bog down after about three figures.

Knight as of right now for G8F and G8M , I have all my characters built with fully custom shapes  and textures..Ayame, Kasumi, Misaki,Natsuki, Sayomi,Sensei,Shion, Tabby,Tomo,Tsuna,Tsuruya and Yukina. So yes could package as freebies or for sale. Also have 3 age presets for all. So yes been busy lol.

Well considering developers here are supposed to have sections of affordable housing ..boy that's a misnomer here. Affordable is considered 500-700,000 range for 2 bedroom 2 bath home...and rental is even more of a joke.

Holy double and here I was crying about still owing a $98K on mine after paying on it for 14 years. Oh this is on a three bedroom, two bath, two story townhome.

Made the mistake of refinancing in the early days due to wanting to go on an overseas vacation and the A/C needed replacing, so have no one but me to blame for still being this deep in debt, and with me supposedly approaching retirement. Then with all the bat-shit crazy rubbish that has been the worlds lot since the recession and this medical excuse for man to act like a "dickhead"

However just checked some records and found out that I bought at $132K and now according to Zillow it is valued at $181K

Years ago, several workers from Paris city hall had no other choice than live in their cars, despite they were with a contract. No owner in Paris or around wanted them, not even the city hall! I don't know if that changed or not.
Hips, you are lucky to find a owner wanting simply to have good people in her home. How many prefers to have money, forgetting they take a risk with new occupants.

J to give you an idea. I used to have a home in Virginia up near Fredericksburg on 2 acres of land. Bought it for 98 less than a year later was appraised for tax purposes at 297000. Chucktown makes that look tame as it has two the highest real estate areas in the country.

Same here I bought a one bedroom condo for 80,000 twenty years ago in the better part of town now they are going for 180,000.  Also in a valley next to mine I bought 2.5 acre of land for 1950 dollars in 1974, and gave to my niece for graduating from Graduate School.  It is now worth 60,000 as raw land.    Inflation is not your friend and uncontrolled profiteering is not either.
