I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

How do you add a signature in your profile so it shows up every time you post? It's been too long since I have add a sig so don't remember how to.

When you need to have a banner for siggie (you meaning any member wishing this), it must be uploaded somewhere (even the gallery), then the url can be the same as the img link.

Sometimes it does put up a struggle. :thissmall:
