I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

 Using a static image that is a picture and used it as background in DAZ studio and having the rocket move created the animation.

I am not sure what the theme will be right now.  Just learning the basics.  Next thing will be creating walk cycles from poses. Even though there are other ways of creating a walk cycle I think the basics first would be a good thing.
