Title: Brushes for maps
Post by: Aelin on February 12, 2016, 02:40:26 PM
Normally, all galleries named there possess packs working in Photoshop (.abr); i think .abr can work in Gimp too, but i'm not totally sure.
Several packs could have .png also, in any case.
And artists could have tutorials also to do maps.
For each case, don't forget to check if i's ok or not for commercial renders.

calthyechild (http://calthyechild.deviantart.com/gallery/47659704/Cartography) for some packs, and in the same time you have a tutorial ressources. I haven't use for the moment, but a great pack!

djekspek (http://djekspek.deviantart.com/gallery/) for ressources and tutorials.

Brian-van-hunsel (http://brian-van-hunsel.deviantart.com/gallery/6163649/Other) for parchments.

starraven (http://starraven.deviantart.com/gallery/26561032/Maps) for few brushes

Bonvanello (http://bonvanello.deviantart.com/gallery/) for one brushes pack, and few tutorials.

Neyjour (http://neyjour.deviantart.com/gallery/32844057/RPG-Map-Freebies) with many choices for RPG maps.

To summarize, you have also the cartography-guild (http://cartography-guild.deviantart.com/gallery/) , a group on deviantart. Look, and perhaps you will find more sharing people.

:java: Thank You, I think I will need some free time to learn to do that, I also was looking at the hair painting tutorial. I think I should know how to do it :)
