I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Psst Luffie....  Start with DAZ... It's easier to learn and comes with tutorials...  Of course J doesn't have a clue about DAZ but if you're just starting out you'll find it a lot easier to work with.
