Welcome, and how may I help you?

Come visit with all in here, have some coffee or your favorite beverage, and have loads of fun. The bar staff and keeper are always here to fill your orders. This is our gathering place where we will share greetings, pass secrets, gossip, and enjoy each other's company.

How about a small break from the day to day adventures in Federal, County and Commercial radio systems.
Out and about buying more books ... what else would be out and about purchasing :tearlaugh:  (2936  :luvbooks: )

And what do I see but the original Godzilla movie "restored" ... so on and so forth, but yes the 1954 version in black and white with original Japanese audio and English subtitles.

I know it might seem odd that I have never seen the original, let alone any of the subsequent ones, but I have not, so tis a first for me to watch it as originally broadcasted.

And yes we are enjoying the watching of it to be honest.

I really like Gojira. I think it is better story than the American production of Godzilla King of the Monsters which is a reworked version of the original movie.
Round up all the usual suspects!

Interesting, was not aware of that ... the set I bought does have a version of the 1956 "Godzilla, King of the Monsters" movie included.

So I will get to see both takes :heeheehee:

Going to be a grand time watching movies this evening methinks ....

Saw the Americanization in a theater when it first came out.  Had to trick my parents into letting me see it.

Well, the original is just now finishing up ... next up something resembling supper, followed by the Americanized version.

Oh wow, I  knew nothing of this conversation when it started.   But a few nights ago, I stumbled across two Godzilla movies, one a B&W English dubbed Japanese movie I might have seen as a little kid on Sunday morning tv.   Freaky.  Weird.  But cool!   Uh yeah I watched them till I fell asleep on one of em.
