I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Sorry to dig up an old topic, but I thought I'd mention that Poserworld was bought out. If you had a lifetime membership you can download stuff here https://3dfig.com/. There's supposed to be a new store too at poserworld.com but they've been having technical difficulties.
