[Filter Forge]

Filter Forge is a Photoshop plugin. Pack of filters that will generate textures, create visual effects, enhance photos, process images, etc. And is available for both Mac and Win.

Filter Forge is not only a plugin and not only uses Photoshop as a host. The program can work as a standalone app on both Win and Mac AND it has a bunch of programs to host it (list of them is here).

And yes, now it has 11444 filters in the online library (both effects and textures). And the list of filters grows every day because you can create your own filters in Filter Forge.
