Le Femme and Marvelous Designer 9

As most of you know, I'm just getting back into the game after being away for a number of years.  Along with everything else, I updated my MD subscription and it looks like they have made a bunch of changes to that program as well. 


I'm not finding any good tutorials on MD 9, as of yet.  I can live with that, but what I really want to know is if anyone knows how to do an effective export of Le Femme and all her goodies into MD so that a good piece of clothing can be created that will move as expected? 


I found a tutorial on how to do G8 and it is labor intensive, time consuming and confusing, to say the least. 


I'm not looking to make conforming clothing, until I get my feet wet and learn my way around the new tool sets, just some dynamics, which will be hard enough, as I have to remember how to set all the parameters, but it still has to fit her when it is brought into Poser. 


Please, can someone send me in the right direction here?
