You snuck in whilst I was tackling Bootsy LOLOL.....She'll be hiding now for the rest of the morning...  All the other have forgiven  me and are enjoying their snacks...

I try not to keep EVERYTHING that has stopped working or got broken....but I do save a lot of stuff....and it has been great finding something you need without having to buy it LOLOL.

Hi all!
Today we have strong gusts of wind at times... Between showers and sunshine of course.
I hope Parkdalegardener recovers quickly, I wish him that.
My cat admires the shadows and reflections on the walls, he has a lot of patience.
Have a wonderful Thursday, take care of yourself and your families.

Thank you earwenW. I am still in the background, but I am here on and off. Like TL says. I'm old and not entirely healthy so the process is ongoing and the folk here do not need to hear the tale. There are enough depressing things in one's face everyday and I'll not add to them.

On the other hand; Ed's family is coming from around North and South America for a reunion of sorts and has started arriving. I only know a few of the brothers and one sister. Ed's kid is off to England for a month on Easter Sunday and I will move in there while he is gone in order to make everybody's life easier for a bit.

A tea {shudder} please Fafnir while I wait for Ed. Tea. I'll be happy when I can go back to coffee and rye.

I have stuff that I've no way of using anymore and yet it remains. The 101 or more 1.44meg floppies of Win 3.1 are a prime example. I've all my OS install disks since DOS was the only way other than machine code. They are all useless as I tossed my last A: and 5.25 in. B: drives a number of years ago. Well the wife did. She was cleaning the hall linen closet and tossed a box of hardware junk in a box under the bottom shelve. That also included a zip drive and a tape backup. Yep, I'm that old. I still have tapes. There may be an old 286 or a 386 board still in the basement if the drug addicts haven't stripped my locker again.

Good Morning to all....

Been a busy morning already.  It's raining so I had to make sure the outside critters ate their share of the food so I can take it in so it won't get waterlogged.  They are in their little houses now cuddled up in their beds of straw...with two new guests...Another Black cat who will officially be named Blacky III and the orange and white one I told you about earlier.

So glad you'll be at Eds PDG.  I do worry about you but I've learned not to bug folks to much when they are healing....Though I do break that rule every now and then LOL.

You and I have had the conversation about being pack rats when it comes to computer items....and yes...like you...I still have some of the 8", 5 1/4" and 3 1/2 floppies...but none of the drives....and like you....I zipped everything with my zip drives....and those are long gone also....but I tell you what...I loved those zip drives...no more sitting there feeding disc after disc after disc into the puter and hoping all the info is saved without any glitches...

Enjoy your stay and enjoy the day.....

Good Morning Noshoba and Sanbie....Hope your day is Super Duper....
