I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Yikes good sir .. I have issues when I teach my class to "adult" students as most were not even born when I graduated from high school, let alone when I got my journeyman's license.

I know how you feel... I too work in a school and in one class I saw they were doing history. I like history so I looked at what they were learning about... then realised I was there when the event took place!!
