Darkest Dungeon - Sinister Structures is a great freebie made by squarepeg3d. Yet it seems it's only for DS4 users, and Iray mode.
Commercial renders are allowed.

And now you have also Darkest Dungeon - Medieval Mood which is a series of addons for the first pack.
Always in DS4 format, and ok for commercial renders.
