there are many plants in 3D, free for a limited time for somes.
Registration is requested.
And last plants on the page are in 2D.
To use 3D plants on Daz, I take .obj. Packs are often very large.
But transparency map is inversed in color them; so for this, a little passage on photofiltre, photoshop or psp in necessary.
Resize and reorientation of plants is necessary too. I didn't finish this since several weeks lolllll (because after i make on pp2).
This is the obstacle course, but the plants are not bad at all.

Some of them 3d ones are intense so if you have a sub par system build your scene an item at a time and then composite them together.
My system although somewhat robust took forever to render when I used these in a scene.

Hello!
This morning, i have a mail of x-frog, which said that they have new plants in free. They said 148 (if you count plants by pack of 2 or 3).
Free are in 2D and 3D. :woohoo:

For these new zips, size is at final of 206Mo! Big packs because tubes are in TIF

Mine didn't take that long at all. And you want to talk about big. My backup I'm doing for the Attic/Realms/Castle is showing 218GB....and it says ONE DAY to finish :tearlaugh: :tearlaugh:
But I bet I'll have it all done by 2 PM my time. Maybe.... :thud:

I have a problem because site says:
Error Downloading. Maximum number of connections per user has been exceeded. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
No chance lol

I must have got in at the right time. And I guess my expectations to be done by 2PM are very wrong....I'm not even half way done :thud:

Got started and added all to the shopping cart then started to download got the error message and then it dumped my entire order and now we have to start all over :ahhhh:

For me, it was on "saw..." something. And on other only for the moment. But i have download only 6 packs :thud:
I think they have many many people who comes in the same moment.
I add that now, i haven't others problems of speed, contrary to others times. Maybe they have a better system for download quickly. But some problems with too many traffic.

Well, my order did take I see now and have been trying to download it, seems to only let me download three at a time before I get the error message , but once the first three are done I can continue, however I believe I got maybe nine downloaded before it just refused to allow me to go any further.
This is so going to take forever to download as I did grab just about everything they had as free, I have so little foliage in my runtimes.

They do that to restrict the amount of downloads per day, which is a sneaking way of putting the kobosh on freebies downloaders. They're very sneaky, yes??? :yes:

Yesterday at evening, i have less problems. :yippee: Maybe many complaints to this subjects for these problems.

Could very well be.....But some sites have a limited bandwidth that rules the downloads. We do also but it's a large amount so we don't have that problem.

And one of packs has 0 octects :sigh: I think maybe they have problem.

I retry now for the pack at 0 octets. Now they say
404: FILE NOT FOUND - EXPIRED DOWNLOAD LINK
but i take it with others this week :sigh: And others no this problem for the moment.

I try to go on Xfrog site, like yesterday. But today, site try to download the "sample page" on my computer.
And the home page says on a white bg: Your server is running PHP version 5.1.6 but WordPress 4.1.1 requires at least 5.2.4.

Yup...something is wrong over there. It just takes me to a HTML warning on Chome and no site.
Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I'll get a hold of them to see if they are aware of this.

I went to there FB page and left a message. Then went to the Wordpress Support page and it's nothing we can change on our end. It has to do with Servers and not Software or puters.

The owner got a hold of me yesterday and I guess they didn't realize their site was having problems again and thanked me for making them aware of that. Not sure what is going on now. But maybe a fix is being done.

This morning, i tried to place the last pack if xfrog (for the Earth's day) on external... and i realized i had the same since one year :shock: Probably i taken it for the precedent "Earth's day" and didn't remember of that :thud:

My dad were planting those and we had them this summer. They are so sweet and size of a big cherry. I really was surprised. Very nice one to have at home :)
