I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

Weirdly I can't stay on roller skates - or better the ground loves me  :shrug:

With ice skates no problem, even after some years. Of course it's just to move ahead, not to do choregraphy like some competitors.
But once at school we made a kind of wild race, no matter the teacher  :tearlaugh: I was pretty good for that.

You would think with me living in "WINTER" country I'd love to ice skate.....NOPE....Hate it...to damn  :sno2: :sno3: :sno2: for me.....

Now Roller Skating I enjoy.  We have a Rink here in town that has monthly special and different themes and prizes.  It's pretty neat.
