Yeah, Sir Knight.  Iced coffee sounds real good.  Don't know about the yard bit tho'.  I'd be lucky to get out to the middle of my yard.
Don't really want to contemplate that.  Be like stepping into a microwave set to "Terminate!"  Still, I have to brave the heat.  Still got Paddy to take to the vet.  Ol' Goldeneyes could use a check - wellness or otherwise.

Was seeing that you came to Georgia, for peaches was it? Do you remember the best peach ever?  It was called Elberta Peaches. It had a deep red heart that separated the pit from the fruit, and the taste was extremely awesome. Those peaches no longer exist.

A lot less heat today. Well; enough that I can crank out test animations without frying something. I usually just render random frames and hope the final guestimate works out. Then I curse and make an adjustment or two before I kick out the final animation.


Throw a few simulations with a half dozen forces or more working on them; maybe 100,000 to 1,000,000 particles to add a little flavour and the poor radiator fans go crazy. Lift off in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.... meltdown. No not really, but you could cook breakfast on the top of the tower if only the damn bacon grease would stop spattering on the floor. Makes it slippery.


Actually; I started with a volume simulation thinking I might use a vortex and make something funky for a deep space setting. That changed when I decided to add particles to simulate planetary rings.


Particles in a volume is where the last couple of frames I posted came from. Nothing new there. So I was thinking; liquid sims and particle sims are both really particle sims. I'll do something with particles. Glass particles. Lovely stuff so let's go with my dispersion shader and we'll see what happens. Well the frame render time went from 9 seconds to close to a minute a frame and at frame 129 of 250 as I type this Blender crashed.

Good afternoon!
It was a nightmare day and it will be tomorrow I'm already of this :thid: I had - between other tasks - to prepare a personnalize letter for many more than 200 people. I don't want to know the exact count. So, since a part of yesterday, I made searches to be sure the list was still the good one, removed the no longer working here or there, added those I could when they had a replacement... And this afternoon when I was finally able to start the list (of course of 1 by 1 mails)? There are already several no longer on their job, despite the "actualized" organigrams I think I have still 2/3 of the list to send tomorrow. More another big task waiting for me and I can't wait to be back at job another day. Tomorrow at the end of the afternoon I'll be in holidays for 3 weeks.
In addition,at the beginning of the afternoon an idiot was with loud "music" outside, before the swimming pool building; he left after a while. But when I tried to continue to work after my end of day it was impossible: the ******[choose your favorite word for] was back with louder "music". Impossible to think so forced end of the day...

To late....after I was done with the morning posting in here...I marched to the shed and unleased the monsters called "MOWER"....and off we went...with his evil companion "Whacker" not to far behind...  I wish Mower would name his companion with some other name....like "Weedy"...but that also may be taken out of context.
