How the hell do ya install 119 Gigs, and tell em NOPE don't wanna do a damn thing ONLINE and ain't EVEN interested in stats and competitions and damn game social rooms and the idiots think to FORCE me TO use that crap, register with ALL my personal info and NOPE!   I uninstalled their filth and got my money back.   THESE jokers are as bad as UBISOFT!   If I can just play the game (like I do No Man's Sky!) fine.  If I GOT to jump through all the frikkin social hoops and throw more money and personal info at ya so you can sell it to whoeveah....BYE!   So no RD2R man.  Sad huh.   I paid the money, and spent the hours downloading their stuff.  And THEN they tell me I HAVE to do this?   Wanna bet?

Wow man. Easy on the stress levels. Not too good for the heart. You refunded the game so it doesn't matter; but you do not have to do anything online and after almost 4 years of daily play I have yet to deal with any online, social,or pay wall stuff I don't care to deal with. I do play online as well. I have yet to need to supply additional cash for anything I've done over the last 3 years online. RDR2 isn't a Zynga browser game like Farmville. I'm as anti-social as it comes in real life. My gaming isn't any different. Your "Social Club" page is really just your stats and is only visible to others if you want to brag on your achievements to the unwashed masses. As for selling info. In all the years I've dealt with Rockstar (20 at least) I have yet to have my info sold to anyone for marketing or any other purpose. Finally, the online mode doesn't happen by default. The game starts in Story mode and doesn't change unless you wish it too. It's of no matter. You refunded your money and  I'm not out to sell anything to anyone.

Um, TMobile offers High Speed Home Internet, $55 a month, no fiber, no coaxial, no phone wire.   100 megabits guaranteed.   I see from 170 to 320 megabits, even at high noon.   And this is Over The Air man!   So far, it is WAY more reliable than AT&T DSL or NTS DSL.   That was the two choices for this area until TMobile sent me a email invitation promotional thing.   I said, sure I'll try it.  Now, it's NO NO YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BACK!   IT'S MINE!  MINE MINE MINE!  ;o)

Steam downloaded just about 200 GIGS of stuff at an average speed of 32 MegaBytes per second.   Yeah.  Over The Air !!!   5G don't suck!

I have a Samsung A 51 Smartphone on 5G (IF THE FREAKING SIGNAL IS AT FULL STRENGTH). Even at lower strength I get unlimited data. I am on T-Mobile too. I use my smartphone as my WiFi Hotspot, and can also tether to my PC for a more direct connection. I like the WiFi because of no wires to trip my long fingers over. LOL

Today I'm continuing on with my cleaning up the externals.  I've got crap saved for things that no longer exist or are relevant LOL.

And yes McG....There are a ton of freebies to go through LOLOL.....

Thanks, Aelin and TL.  I did survive.  One two and half hour meeting today but I'm now on vacation until next Tuesday.
