With some of the bikinis I have seen on the beach you would need to define how far is to far. And before you ask, yes, they are allowed in Walmart if you wear flip flops. They also allow PJs with slippers.

I don't see that many bikinis in our Walmart....No beaches....nor ...... well I better stop with no beaches....LOLOLOL...

As for Pj's and Slippers.....Yup...see plenty of that in our Walmart....I'm still looking for the lovelies that are wearing the sexy nightgowns.....but haven't seen any as of yet LOLOLOL

I have lived in Florida pretty much my entire life and we can deal with "storms" we get here without to much trouble

Some are easier then others but for the most part we have been fortunate and it is a radial segment of a baked confection

I have lived in one desert or another for most of my life. Heat here is the same as heat in Bagdad. I have been both in Florida and in Okinawa during severe summer heat as well. I have to say I would rather be sitting in Jaghatu Afghanistan in the heat of the summer than freeze my anatomy off in the cold of winter here. (And if Isis starts raining down ordinance on your head, well... at least you get to fight in the shade. ) I do not do the cold well.

I don't know. Maybe 10 or 15 years ago. Maybe longer. My mind is a little cloudy these days. You can legally wander around naked from the waist up. There was a woman that complained that men could take their tops off in the heat; why couldn't they? She won in court. For two or three days there were front page stories on all the papers showing topless women wandering 'round the streets of Ontario flapping in the breeze. Few days went by and that was it. Too cold and too Puritan for floppy nibbly bits in this town. Think most such folk just go to the nude beach on the far side of the Island to burn their neithers.

Just checked. 1991 is when it became legal here to wander around topless.
