Poser 11 and lease

I'm very pissed off. Because this morning again, I wanted to play with my Poser 11 offline, like few weeks ago. And again I had again the message in the screen capture in teh bottom of that message.
So it seems Poser is really considerated like a lease, no matter we bought it, won it, or maybe received it like a gift by somebody else.

I have the version 11.2.286, and frankly I won't lose my time to go on the 11.2.289 or even more. I don't know, and I don't want to know.
I asked to somebody I know who has the .289, who tried offline, and had the same message.

Oh sure, after that, you relaunch offline your Poser without stop the comp, and Poser will launch correctly. But once the machine is stopped, heere we go again.
Already when I start my Poser by Bondware the program takes 1 minute before to show the runtime. Such rapidity, really.

So when I'll have time to go on my comp whic has Poser the next time, I'll take time to find the way to play with Poser 10 again. Because at least Poser 10 never asked to be online when I launch it. Never asked me to check the license. No, never.
And like that maybe I won't use again a carter language against a program.

Waiting, I very happy I kept my Daz Studio 3 to work with.

Have you file a support ticket with them? Let them know about the problems. The more people report the problem, the more the fire will burn under their collective a$$e$ to find the solution.

I won't to do a ticket, like I won't stay polite with them. When they did the Revolution at Rendo in 2015, all I said on issues they had was considered like a joke. Even pointing proofs.

More, I saw they pretend the check for Poser is each 28 days. I don't know what new mathematics they are using but between October 10th (I wrote first issue the day after ) and October 20th, I count 10 days.

And the person to who I asked turned on Poser less than 28 days ago.

I don't see the point to check the licence on a computer where it was already checked. Just a stupid idea. Or - that time I will say something I didn't want to think when it was announced than Rendo bought Poser - they just want to kill Poser.

Still haven't gotten to the poser items to download yet.  No hurry.  I like Daz....  But I do like the items coming with the poser download LOL....

Didn't know that there was a monthly time frame on the abomination of a lease check

However I turned Stormbringer off and dusted it down and gave it a good cleaning, damn was there some collected dust on all of the fans.

The good news is that yes, there was no need to renew my lease today.

Then again, since one I never turn my system off and two Poser is open all the time.

Still haven't gotten to the poser items to download yet.  No hurry.  I like Daz....  But I do like the items coming with the poser download LOL....

I guess except figures I can play inside DS3 with architecture and other stuffs coming in P11.2.
For figures, I remember than weight mapped can work in Poser 10. Like I don't use Superfly, that's good.

Bye bye to use P11 for a while for me :upurs: at least as longer as they will continue to have a so stupid version. Not 28 days between October 20 and November 5. But the Poser by bondware asked me again to be online to check the version.
So their Poser is a joke, no more.
I regret for good to haven't wait until my Smith Micro version asked for being online itself. Could be working a moment in peace with it.
