I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

I realize I haven't been very active since my hand tremors started, but I need some help.  Recently, I had a computer HD crash.  I was able to recover very little of my archived artwork.   Is there a place here that my submissions are archived that I could retrieve copies of them?

Well glad to see you here with or without images sweety, we talk a lot too so you won't be just reading...LOL

The images aren't stored per se but I can look in the gallery albums and zip up the ones in there.

I will do it tonight but for a bit longer I need to give my daughter a hard time since I am broke and have no way to celebrate her b'day today other than give her grief...she knows tis out of love...LOL

ok, I have searched and although we do have a folder for your artwork in the gallery, unfortunately, it is empty. I think this happened with the last host when we were having such difficulty with everything there. :thud:
Maybe Lufie can zip up the gallery stuff from say 2019--to--2021? :thissmall:

I haven't been very active since 2018.  I was most active up through 2016.  I visit fairly often.  Whenever I get a notification I have logged in to read it.  I have voted on contests, etc. 


I really appreciate your efforts. 


To answer your question about the Essential Tremors, they are gradually/ steadily getting worse.  My handwritting and fine motor are very poor.  On a bad day, I may have to use two hands to carry a plate from the microwave to the dining table.  Fortunately, I can still type without much issue.  When constant pressure is needed is when it shows up worst.
