I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.

This is the first time I ever saw one in Southern Wisconsin.  They've seen quite a few in Northern Wisconsin.

The auroras are almost never seen as far south as I live. I think we had one opportunity to see one, when there was that really big solar mass ejection a few years ago, but the night weather was overcast, so the aurora could not be seen in Georgia. Thus in my entire life, I have never seen one.

Good Morning, and Happy Mother's Day to all the ladies that have raised children. I was lucky to grow up with both biological parents.
 
Mom passed back in 2010 from complications caused by pneumonia at stage 4 cancer. I believe her life was cut short by a move to an environment that is never good for people that are stage 4 cancer patients.

Still my mother was among the best Mom's, continuing to care for me and my 5 siblings even after we we grown. Pop was around also, so my family was so stick together, we knew we were blessed.

Good Morning to all and Happy Mothers Day to all you Mothers....   :mom2:

Got to see the aurora last night ..... clouds cleared out around 2AM....and thankfully it was another "No Sleep" night...well, not "Thankfully" but in this case I was thankful.  Didn't think I was going to see anything so left my phone inside...and I wasn't going back out once I was in LOLOL....It was nice to see.  As for not getting pictures...what they saw in Madison I saw here in Monroe and tons of pictures were posted on our local news station LOL.

Not sure if Travis and Mindy are coming down but I'm thinking they will.  As for the Great Grands....They are Teenagers....so who knows if they'll tag along :tearlaugh: :tearlaugh:
