Have You tried Google? "Hands on head photo" and see if that triggers your memory? 
im trying to recreate a pose from the 80sits a simple 2 quarters headshot of a woman loking at the camera both arms bent in front of her hands on her head for the life of me i cant remember how to do the pose

I use to use Ice Packs to lesson the pain and swelling. Worked well.
had chemo today this time the iv went into my hand so now my hand and arm hurts as a result of the chemo i can't wait till this is done

Yeah I had forgot that I had TONS of .vue's and vob's sitting in the VUE Content "runtime" (as it were!). Heck they are loading up in Vue 2024 faster and cleaner than they did in Vue 6 Infinite! I'll TAKE it!

My Endo Doc is still cringing at my Glargine dosage. Been 90 units per day, 45 morning, 45 night. Then the older Endo (retired now) just joined the doses, I take around mid day. THAT is what made the new Doc cringe. NovoLog is 30 units before each meal. That works great. For me. Everybody's universe with Diabetes is different. Lots of diabetics have it even worse than me for sure. Just get hold of your A1C man, and your extremity circulation. Those are KEY to better health with diabetes!
