Paint a smile on my face

I have been experimenting with the vast set of tools available for clip studio. The "Hair" on this was done with a rough wash watercolor brush and a whole lot of layers. The "colored milk" as I call it around the border is a brush called "Dappled light" Everything else is a whole lot of blending, blurring and smudging color around. Even the color pallet I use is downloadable from their resources. If you like doing this sort of thing I strongly suggest Clip Studio as a program to use.
