Just Like Me, They Long to be Close to you

Moving closer to the fluid filled bubble containing the Gillman, eyes wide with of curiosity. Betta stands examining its bizarre occupant as if admiring a beautiful work of art at a museum. Like a child standing in front of the plate glass window of a toy store, she presses her face to the glass bubble peering deeply into its murky green waters to get a better look at the Gillman.
In what can only be called an ironic twist on romanticism that would almost be humorous if not for horridness of the scene. The evil doctor Vulnavia presses a button on her console and starts gracefully waving her arms, swaying too and fro in a very provocatively macabre dance, as the lab fills with the sound of The Carpenters singing;
Why do birds suddenly appear
every time you are near ?
Just like me,
they long to be close to you.
Her gruesome gyrations become even more provocative in nature as she smiles whispering,
"Yessss my little Betta soon, soon you will be with him, join with him; soon, very soon dear". See Less
