Peace with Turtle 3rd setup, version 2

This was done for a friend of mine because she loves mermaids. There's a series of pics.
I like this one bc of the turtle
I'm trying to get better about rendering, then spending a bit of time to fix stuff.
Character, turtles, water top rendered in Daz.
Textures/Models: The tail is actually mostly opaque'd, except for the fin. The lower body is a shell, custom textured for fish scales since I didn't like the original, and wanted more humanoid lines, but also wanted the texture and shininess of the scales.
Quirks - I'm also breaking these up in pieces layers because Daz is crashing on save loads for me so much, that I'm saving parts out as presets pretty much every session. OMFG what a pain.
Using Paint.net, added in layers for 1 deep water gradient, 2 sky gradient, then the 3 render, then a layer for corner sunlight "glow" opac 15%+/- In case anyone would like to try:
