Thank you Aelin and thelufias. The moon in this scene is a disc with an image but I needed to add another disc (ghost light) in front of it to get enough moonlight also for the reflection in the water (a very big plane with a normap). For the overal lighting I created a very big plane emitting blueish light with another ghost light for the two in the boat.
