The Christmas Visitor.

Natasha is Russian - please don't hold that against her - and likes to play in the snow. She volunteered to deliver a few things, even if she had to go into an alternate universe. So, she got dressed, borrowed the steam car and proceeded into Steam Town. Can't help but get the idea she might be up to something though.

Used a couple of snow scenes, as well as the Steam Street and Hotel setup. Lighting was a bit of a bother, but I think I did fairly well with it. Snow is Flinks.
