Sorry, me Darling.  But that's only if you also have a PS1 and 2, Sega Master System, Sega System, Sega System CD and perhaps a Dreamcast as well as an Atari 2600/5200, with the disc drive.  Still fun to play with, although my PS3 does have a Sega Game disk that takes care of the .... dare I say it ..... ancient classics that I still like to play.  Sometimes its nice to to older than dirt!!!!!
I had a Sega Master System II, until it was broken few years ago  Beyond repair
Had a PS1, same punishement. My only regret is the PS2 no longer read the PS1 cds; no idea why, it's like that. I miss Oddworld games and the 2 first Broken Sword, between other games.

I think the only way Television will go away is if the whole Television and Computer monitor become merged into one thing because the resolution gets UP there and in a big screen too.  Maybe a whole wall size!

yeah, TV ain't going anywhere anytime soon!    Broadcast now, that might well trickle of to neverland.   But the TV's themselves are still very useful.

Got to just 102 today, 9% humidity.   Doc is not quite happy with me.  I am not doing ENOUGH for my swelling.   Sugar yes, but swelling is the major issue.   So.  Less time on this thing and more doing elevation and squeezers.   And no forgetting meds even occasionally. He sees things the patients can't.   I'm paying attention, and want to get these wounds healed and STAY healed.   Can't do that if I don't keep swelling down.   And that is a multi piece puzzle.

There's a big flat screen in the living room and another in the bedroom. The one in the bedroom is a 4k monitor for gaming. 47 inches. Never been attached to anything other than an XBOX One or a raspberry pi 4. The one for tv in the living room is 60 inch dumb hd. Shows you my priorities and I still pay almost $200 a month for cable. The monitor I'm using here (parked beside the TV currently playing an episode of Drain the Oceans) is a 28 inch 4k and is more than enough real estate to work with. Any bigger and I'd get a crick in the neck looking for stuff.

Sounds nice PDG!    I don't pay that $200 a month for cable/satellite.... my sis and BiL do!  I just have a receiver and watch it.  Some of those Drain The Oceans episodes are pretty darn interesting.   Love those Science channel How the Universe Works, The Planets etc. shows.   They do get hung up on the Black Hole thing at times though.

Thanks Fafnir. Hope things work out with Janet.
So today is a Holiday. Canada Day. Same as any others these days. The big difference? I can drink all day and blow things up tonight and no one bats an eye. Nothing like high explosives after a long day of drinking. With no public displays of pyro this year it's up to the crazies like me to shed a little chemical light on things.
