But your issue is "non commercial" thing, isn't it?
You can try to download and check if a readme gives the same "non commercial" use than the Sharecg page, or if Birdman says something else. We never know.

NonCommercial is expressly defined as follows: "NonCommercial means not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation."

That means you're not going to use the product in any type of campaign in which money will be made...such as a Car Dealership using this car model as part of their ad. 

Some folks have some very far out thinking as to what "Non Commercial" actually is....
