It's a variant of the WWII JIN battleship Yamato.

Not really but that surely is a big challenge. Good thing is that it can be used commercialy. As a kid I had small plastic models that I constructed of Prinz Eugen, Ark Royal ect.

I would like to do some modern military renders for sure, but I doubt it would be good for now.

Thank You. :) Will try downloading it soon.

The Yamato was the largest battleship in World War II, and had the largest guns ever made for a man of war.  It was sunk at the end of the war, when the Japanese Imperial Navy sent our after most all of the ships were lost from battles from Allied action in the Pacific.

When aircraft was introduced on flattop ship or aircraft carriers, it mark the end of battleships as an effective man of war on the open seas.  The battle of Mid Way proves this point when the Japanese Imperial Navy Lost most of its fleet from aircraft attacks.

Neat one Aelin....and yup on M-Callahans statement.  Though Battleships were used in our times during Desert Storm...then put back in mothballs or on display soon afterwards......

I have an interest in WW II, since my father and all my uncles have been in this war.  My father, was in the war from 1939 to 1945 where he started out in the Royal Canadian Army, and at the end of the war was a merchant seaman on gasoline tankers, one of my uncles Jesus Maldonado was a tail gunner in a B-17, my uncle Lloyd Forness was an infantryman who landed on Omaha beach during operation Overlord. My aunts work in war production during this time and my mother was still on the farm working.

After being in a few shooting matches myself where you have pop up shoot back targets I really don't like wars, but understand when your back is against the wall you have to fight.
