Oh dear Hawk...sorry to hear you sprained your back. I know there came a time when I had to leave picking up kitty behind. It's a dicey chance to take this time of life, isn't it? I hope you're feeling much better soon. Take it easy!

Mother always told me I should grow up to be a contortionist. It just happened that  "dear kitty" decided to go one way while I was going to her previous spot at the same time. Hence the "pulled" back muscle.  I had to take a muscle relaxer that I positively hated to ease the spasm. It works a little too well. But I am better now, just moving a little slower and making sure "dear kitty" is nowhere near me or my legs.

They can indeed be very squirmy, not to mention they seem to have a built in sense of where you're going to walk and get under your feet constantly. I'm glad you rested your sprain and are feeling better now. Stay observant and safe
