City from the skies
Do you want to admire an alien city from skies by night? It's possible thanks to Filter Forge!

Open the program, and go in the Library Filters. There, choose Textures => Techno.
For this tutorial, I have choosen Preset 1. Warning: the shape isn't necessary the same for everyone at the beginning, whence a difference in your render compared to mine.
In Settings:
- tick the Metallic case.
- tick also Seamless Tiling.
- for the Background color, choose a light color such as 8DB6FF (a blue one). The choice of a light color allow to enlight your city.
- Roughness is 21.
- Radius is done in 70 to augment the difference between streets and roofs.
- put Scale with 81.
- keep Strech to 0 if you like the shapes of the structures.
- give 100 like number for Details, to add more buildings and shapes on your roofs.
- put Size, pixels in 300, and Variation to 7443 to find something similar to this tutorial.
In Lightings:
- Environment => Entrance, Night.
- keep Brightness to 0.
- put the Saturation to 84.
- to allow to see buildings, put Surface Height to 98.
- tick Ambient Occlusion (but not Reflective Occlusion), and keep Ambient Light in black.
- Occlusion Quality must be Custom.
- back to the top of that tab, and go in Lighting Elements: put the icon with a + around the middle of the dark circle. This will augment even more the light on your roofs.

And here you are, looking a city from a verticale point of view!
